1. The swimming pool is only available to the Guests using the services of the Facility, as results from these Rules and Regulations as well as from the Terms and Conditions of the Sailor Hotel.
2. Purchasing the services of the Facility together with the pool and sauna service is tantamount to declaring that one has read and understood the following Rules and Regulations.
3. Before entering the bathing area, Users are required to leave their outer clothing and change into clean flip-flops at the Facility Reception and then to change into their swimwear in the changing cabin in the changing room.
4. Entry to the swimming hall is only possible in the generally accepted swimwear, i.e.:
swimming cap – recommended,
women – one-piece or two-piece swimsuit,
men – close-fitting swimming trunks without pockets and straps.
5. Items that can be damaged (mobile phones, watches etc.) and sharp-edged items that can be dangerous (jewellery) should be left in the locker in the changing room. It is recommended to leave valuables at home or in the room. The Facility Staff bears no liability for lost or stolen items.
6. Before using the swimming pool complex, you must wash your whole body thoroughly in the shower and disinfect your feet in the area designated for this purpose.
7. After each use of the toilet, you must wash your body thoroughly in the shower.
8. It is forbidden to bring foodstuffs, beverages as well as sharp and dangerous items, especially glass items (including cosmetics in glass packaging) to the pool complex.
9. Children up to the age of 16 years may only use the pool complex if attended by adults.
10. Children up to the age of 3 years may only use the pool if they wear special swim diapers.
11. The swimming pool may not be used by the persons who:
are under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants,
are in poor health, which may pose a threat to themselves or to other people,
suffer from upper respiratory tract problems or breathing difficulties,
have unhealed wounds or skin diseases, e.g. mycosis or impetigo,
suffer from epilepsy or infectious diseases,
suffer from diseases of the circulatory system,
have problems with the excretory system.
12. People who are in poor health, frail or unwell and pregnant women should use the pool and the devices thereof with particular caution. The Sailor facility does not bear any liability for the consequences caused by the use of the pool by these persons.
13. In the swimming pool, it is strictly forbidden to:
run around, jump into the water, eat food and chew gum, raise false alarms, leave children up to the age of 17 years unattended.
14. In case of organised groups, the group guardian is liable for the consequences of the group participants’ behaviour.
15. A person who intentionally or unintentionally contaminates the pool will be charged for the cost of changing the pool water. In case of children, any liability is borne by their guardians.
16. The staff may temporarily restrict access to the swimming pool if the occupancy thereof is too high.
In dispute matters, the Terms and Conditions of the Sailor Facility shall apply.
